Status

Karpathy-pattern alignment complete (2026-06-10). Vault now has AGENTS.md (schema), log.md (append-only history), and index.md (complete catalog). Lint is clean: 0 errors, 0 broken wikilinks, 0 orphans. The vault held, at that date, 151 entrants, 96 external scientists, 626 concepts and 7 convergence nodes; the corpus has moved since, and the live counts are the ones in the footer of every page. 36 entrants reviewed (DeepResearch). CSC grading (Phase 3) and raw paper extraction (Phase 4) remain. ~117 newly-created concept pages are stubs (status: stub) awaiting enrichment.

Important noticeThis is a research platform, not a medical site. Nothing here is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation, and none of it has been reviewed by a regulator. The drugs, doses and trials discussed are research literature, not prescriptions. If dementia affects you or someone you care about, speak to a doctor.

Compiled from the knowledge base and the research corpus under the Organic Network Synthesis methodology · the research corpus of Adult Cognitive Disease · the seven monographs are here. 2026.
